I’m back from an amazing and much needed week away with my family. A week with zero cell service in one of our favourite remote places where we enjoy bonfire chats, dips in the lake, star gazing, puzzles and board games and best of all - being present and grounded in nature.

A few little updates…

- If I haven’t already, I’ll be getting back to messages and emails within the next couple of days.
- Editing will resume and galleries will be flying out soon! * remember to check your junk folder!
- Fall schedule is very limited! So if you need to book a session, please reach out asap.
- 2027 weddings season is booking up! Here’s what the calendar looks like and what is left for prime/Saturday dates:

May - 2 more weddings
June - One more wedding
July - FULLY BOOKED
August - FULLY BOOKED
September - One more wedding
October - 2 more weddings

I’m always open to booking off season (Nov-April) and weekday weddings. In fact, I love them! Destination weddings are also accepted (limited to one a year).

** Don’t look at the second photo too closely or with judgy eyes. I didn’t have a tripod and was standing on a floating dock so it is blurrier than I had wanted 😂

In the last week or two, I’ve bumped into a few past clients (either wedding or bo***ir clients) and after telling me all about what they’ve been up to since the last time they’ve been behind my lens (like having children!) they all proceeded to ask if I offered lifestyle shoots. Perhaps they don’t know because I don’t update my recent work on my pages as much as I should? I get it…my new website is still in the works (I’ll get to it soon 🤪).

Truth be told, the majority of my schedule lately has been filled with them! Family, maternity and newborn shoots galore!
It’s been really nice actually so if you were wondering whether or not I’m still on this planet with a camera in hand - the answer is yes…and I want/will photograph you!

Hey guys 👋, it’s been a while!

Keeping up to date and posting regularly on social media has never exactly been my strong suit, but I figured it was time to check in and let everyone know that wedding season is officially underway.

I’ve already had the privilege of capturing two incredible weddings this month, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

When winter drags on, I revisit moments like this…Megan and Curtis’ wedding in Mexico filled with golden light, ocean air, and the kind of love that stays warm long after the sun sets.

These two really knew how to do it up! From heartfelt notes to each of their guests (including myself and my husband), the surprise mariachi band, a beautiful ball room dance performance by the bride herself - it was one of those days that we won’t ever forget.

I felt honoured to have joined this amazing group of people for an entire week and to have captured the best day ever for M&C🌴💛.

2025 taught me that less can truly be more.

Taking on fewer projects was the best decision I made for my business and my life. It gave me the space to show up better — for myself and for my clients. More intention, more presence, better work, and a healthier balance between personal life and business.

This year I got to meet new people and reconnect with old ones, I got to work in fun, new locations and venues as well as revisit familiar favourites.

Every experience shaped me, stretched me, and reminded me why I love what I do. I’m so grateful for it all✨.

2026 is gearing up to be a great one! I am fully booked and already booking 2027 dates. I’m looking forward to all the people I’ll get to create alongside with, the places I’ll get to visit and the memories I’ll get to experience and capture for you. I’m ready! So cheers to a New Year full of the same stuff that I mentioned above ❤️
