You are not lacking confidence because you are incapable.
You are lacking evidence because you keep hiding.

One of the most important things I coach my clients through has nothing to do with social media strategy.

Not hooks.
Not trends.
Not perfectly curated videos.

It’s helping them embrace their confidence and stop filtering themselves through the fear of how other people might perceive them.

Because most people already have the knowledge.
The story.
The experience someone else desperately needs.

But they second guess themselves into silence.

They wait until they feel more confident.
More polished.
More qualified.

Meanwhile, the people they are meant to help are still waiting for someone who feels real.

One thing I recently told a client was:

“Don’t let the fear of how others might perceive you limit who you allow yourself to be.”

Because confidence online is not built before action.
It’s built through evidence.

Through posting anyway.
Through realizing people connect more with conviction than perfection.

The people making the biggest impact online usually are not the most polished.

They’re the most willing to be seen.

It’s been a minute, so here’s the update… 🫶🏼

This year has been anything but small but it’s been year’s in the making.

After planning and putting all the right puzzle pieces together, life has just perfectly fallen into place how I dreamt it to.

It didn’t happen by accident. 2 year’s ago I had a hard decision to make… do I stay comfortable with what I know or do I take a left turn and follow the burning desire inside.

With the support of my loving husband and the amazing community around me, I chose to jump head first into the unknown.

Flash forward to today and we are in our dream home, my day job fits around my life, my business is thriving and most importantly we welcomed the most handsome little boy.

Overflowing with gratitude is an understatement.

Are you a realtor aiming to make your "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" posts truly memorable? Move past the ordinary and captivate your audience with content that’s both authentic and engaging.

Consider these easy ways to elevate your posts:

- Share what makes each listing unique, perhaps the sellers are starting a new adventure, or the buyers fell for a cozy reading corner or a spacious backyard.
- Spotlight nearby favorites, such as popular restaurants or scenic walking trails.
- Display transformation photos, highlighting changes from staging or recent updates.
- Offer a helpful homebuyer checklist to inform your audience.
- Share client testimonials and commemorate their purchase with a heartfelt photo (with permission).
- Tag your clients and neighborhood businesses to broaden your audience.

By offering behind-the-scenes looks and real stories, you’ll educate, inspire, and create meaningful engagement that sets you apart.

Ever spent hours crafting content, only to watch it miss the mark... or worse, bring in viewers who just aren’t the right fit? Picture this: I was on the edge of my seat watching my husband sink a putt on the 18th hole, but the lizard sunbathing nearby couldn’t have cared less. It was a lighthearted reminder that not everyone will be interested in what you share.

Key lessons for content creators and marketers:
- Clearly define your ideal audience
- Continually assess and switch up your content to keep it fresh
- Customize your messaging to truly speak to the people you want to reach

Look back at your last three posts. Are they connecting with the audience you want to engage, or are they being met with indifference? Share an observation or a hurdle you’ve faced in connecting with your ideal audience in the comments. Let’s support each other’s growth!

Realtors, is your social media presence falling flat? Watch for these three warning signs that could be holding you back:

🚩 Posting on the fly without a strategy? It’s easy to feel exhausted and directionless.
🚩 Bursts of activity followed by silence? Inconsistency can make followers lose interest and trust.
🚩 Taking on every task solo? Handling everything yourself can drain your time and enthusiasm fast.

The solution? Make social media part of your day to day operations. Build a smart plan, be consistent, and tap into resources and support to help you succeed. Once you get into a flow, it can actually be incredibly empowering and dare I even say fun!

Cold weather is back so here is a throwback to filming in a snowstorm last winter. BTS from one of the wildest and most fun shoot days.

We had the drone in the air, go pro on the plow, 360 camera in the air and I was running from snowbank to snowbank capturing handheld video shots.
