Patterns of Ice. The drifts of snow over the lake ice create a really interesting shape. I wonder what causes the circular patterns of ice and snow.

4:00 am lunar eclipse - the longest lunar eclipse since 1440; as the light from the sun passed through earth’s atmosphere, it is reflected against the moon’s surface in an amber hue. The result is a penumbra that creates an echo of light resembling a flare on the edge of the moon.

It’s October! Some of you may not know this, but the ovo in my handle means “October’s very own”. I’ll let you guess what that means 😉. Autumn is an interesting season - I love the weather and the colours but I despise the shorter days. Hopefully you’re all ready for spooky szn 🕷

Happy friends! I hope you’re all having an amazing week and taking today to appreciate your favourite artists / works. I spent the last couple weeks busy as ever, and part of it was camping out on the east coast of Nova Scotia. I wanted to share a few of my favourite images over the last couple of years and I thought I would start it out with a new favourite from that recent trip! Enjoy!

My Story

Will is a portrait and fine art photographer based in Ottawa, Ontario. As a child, he was fascinated with cinema, film, and travel videos. After seeing a travel video of Greece, he decided to pick up a camera and try to live the life he wanted with his passion.

In his first year of photography, he amassed over 7000 followers. He was also able to work with clients such as the Kidney Foundation of Canada. He has travelled across Canada to shoot in Banff and British Colombia. He plans to photograph Iceland and Eastern Asia later this year.

Will has been a portrait photographer for several years. He also has experience with product photography and wedding/event photography. He incorporates his portrait style into his event work and ensures to capture the beautiful candid moments between people.
