I have always loved photography and consider it part of who I am. Like anything it takes time and energy to be at the top of your game and to be always improving. Photography has evolved so much in the last few years; it is crazy how much!!! I love it. I enrolled in an international educational challenge called Embark and submit an entry every 2 weeks for critique This photo was a option for the Soul searcher challenge: shooting from a high angle, looking down make eye contact. I love it... but in the end decided on entering one of my soul dog Gunner (I will put it in the comments).

March 23 is National puppy day. A day that celebrates the unconditional love and affection puppies bring to our lives while bringing awareness about the inhumane conditions and practices of puppy mills, which often prioritize profit over the well-being of the animals. Love is in the air and I can't think of anything more lovable than photographing sweet fur babies (and lil' humans) and supporting a fabulous rescue organization. I will be holding limited valentine mini sessions on January 26 and February 1 with the backgrounds featured (bandannas included). Sessions are by donation to Pretty in Pink animal rescue.
