Watching Abby interact her baby brother Luke was the sweetest thing. 🤍

She was so excited to hold him, and from the very first moment she was incredibly gentle, kind, and full of love. The way she looked at him, carefully held him close, and proudly stepped into her new role as big sister was something so special to witness.

Being both a mom and a photographer makes these sessions hit a little differently for me. 🤍

I know what it feels like to be the one always behind the camera. To have a million photos of your kids… and almost none with you in them. I know how fast the little things change too — the way they reach for your hand, snuggle into your shoulder, or look at you like you’re their whole world.

That’s why Mommy & Me sessions mean so much to me.

These photos aren’t about perfection. They’re about love. The real kind. The messy hair, the giggles, the clingy moments, the chaos, the cuddles… all the things we’ll miss someday.

As moms, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we rarely stop and realize we deserve to be remembered in this season too.

One day our babies are going to look back at these photos and see how loved they were. And honestly… I think that’s one of the most special gifts we can give them.

Feeling extra grateful this Mother’s Day for the privilege of capturing these moments for other mamas while living them with my own little ones too. ✨🤍

Long time no post 🤍📸
I’ve been a little quiet around here, but that just means I’ve been busy — and I’m so excited to finally start sharing all the sessions I’ve been shooting lately over the next few weeks!

Starting with this one… because obviously I loved everything about it. The beautiful white barn, the fresh crisp air, the white snow everywhere — it felt like a winter dream. So much laughter, so much fun, and one of those sessions that just reminds me why I love what I do.
