Libitron Aerial is happy to announce the service of Methane Gas Detection. Since regulations require compliance measures, it becomes important to have the most efficient and effective detection procedures in place for any oil and gas operation. We have decided to use the Zenmuse Ailf U10 payload which is know to be of the highest quality, accuracy and efficiency. Whether your organization has stationary sites, long lines or processing, Libitron Aerial will be efficiently keep you safe and in compliance.

The DJI U10 is a light-weight, high-sensitivity gas detector based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), which enables rapid identification of methane from up to 100 m away, or at a concentration as a low as 5ppm.m.

What have we been up to? In 2024 we have been dedicated to understanding the spray drone technology. This is a part of my private life. Since being very young, I have been on bikes. My best bud and I have clocked six digit miles all over the USA, Mexico and a little of Canada. In the early days we were a bit out of hand with sport bikes but after learning the cost of that style of riding, we began enjoying a more touring mind set but always with very competent bikes. My Ducati S4RS is built to suite me. I will have it forever.

The Dunvegan Bridge is just south of Fairview, Alberta. It is the largest suspension bridge in Alberta and is also beautiful. It crosses the peace River and is surrounded by amazing terrain. We were in the area fr a day recently and happened to pass through when the river valley was filled with fog so dense it was like clouds. This is a 4k video, so crank it up and please share.

If you are interested in knowing what the good people in the Peace Country of Northern Alberta are dealing with from smoke, have a look at the photos comparing two conditions. The clear photo was taken on April 27, 2023 and the smoke condition was taken yesterday on Aug 30, 2023. After being up here for the better part of the day, I can feel the smoke in my lungs and I have a headache.

We spent time in Northern Alberta with inspections and so passed through some of these forest fire areas. After the NOTAMS were removed, we grabbed some video to share what devastation looks like. It was also both interesting, and a surprise how fast new vegetation begins to grow.
