*New Partnership to Revitalize Goshen Clubhouse Dining Experience*

The Goshen Snowmobile Club has announced a new partnership that will bring fresh energy to its clubhouse restaurant, following the recent closure of its previous kitchen operator.

At the start of May, the club confirmed that the lease holders of the Goshen Bar and Grill had made the decision to cease operations at the end of their lease. The restaurant, located on Route 114 near Sussex, had been a fully licensed and accessible dining destination for both locals and travelers.

At the time, the club expressed appreciation for the outgoing team, acknowledging the effort and dedication of staff and management while noting that the closure was not an easy decision. The organization also indicated it would begin searching for a new partner to take over kitchen operations.

That search has now concluded with the announcement of a new lease agreement with experienced hospitality operators Nancy and Jeremy Cromwell.

The Cromwells bring more than two decades of experience in restaurant management, customer service, and business development. They are known for previously owning and operating the Fox and Hound Neighborhood Pub in Riverview, which recently closed due to changes in the mall’s tenancy plans.

Club officials say the couple’s track record of building strong teams and delivering high-quality guest experiences makes them an ideal fit for the Goshen clubhouse.

As part of the new partnership, the Cromwells will launch a rebranded dining experience under the name The Off Road Pub. Planning for the new venture is already underway, with an anticipated opening slated between July 1 and August 1.

In a statement, the club expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, noting the goal is to create a welcoming space where community members can gather, dine, and connect.

The reopening marks a new chapter for the Goshen clubhouse, with expectations high for a revitalized and engaging destination for residents and visitors alike.

The 21st Annual Big Book Sale is fast approaching, and this Monday we're moving our book sorting operation from Brunswick Square to our summer sorting facility at Solve Your Debts, located at 20 Alma Street.

We're looking for a business (or two!) that would be willing to donate a few hours and a team of volunteers to help us move and unload thousands of donated books.

This is a fantastic opportunity for:
✅ Team building
✅ A corporate day of giving
✅ Community engagement
✅ Making a direct impact on a local event that supports youth mentoring programs in our community

We'll be starting at 9:30 AM from our office on the 3rd level of Brunswick Square. The move is expected to take half a day or more, depending on volunteer numbers. We'd love to have 30 or more volunteers to help make the work go quickly.

Not part of a business group? We'd also be grateful for help from individual volunteers who are willing to lend a hand!

If you can help, or would like more information, please contact:

The Big Book Sale has been a community tradition for 21 years, and it simply wouldn't happen without the support of volunteers and local businesses. Thank you for helping us get ready for another successful sale!
