I've known these two beautiful girls for as long as they have been around. In fact, Amy and I were having coffee many years ago...her ready to pop and me having just found out that I was pregnant with my baby girl. Since then, our two girls have become great friends. I've gotten to snuggle Rowan to sleep when babies were far in my past. And Taylor loves when he can babysit Rowan because she is hilarious. And loves to play hockey! Winter is honestly one of my favourite times to shoot. You may have to work a little quicker to avoid everyone getting a little chilly, but those who work with me know I can get it done pretty fast. I love this image from my most recent session. To me it shows the love a little girl feels for their mother. The tenderness between mother and daughter. A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing a few mini sessions with this beautiful young lady. She loves clothing and fashion and so we simply went out and had fun. Hello everyone. It's been awhile. I admit it. I have been shooting, but I've also been enjoying every minute of my summer with the kids. I was so excited to meet this little one last weekend! I have been pretty quiet lately at HOH. Truth be told, I took most of the fall off, aside from a beautiful wedding, a few family sessions and one of my favorite events, the Dancer's Edge Future Stars. But last week, I jumped back into things with what has to be one of my favorite maternity sessions. It's a good thing we started the session when we did, because in a matter of an hour from when we started to when we were finishing up, the temperature really dropped and the snow really started to fall. Thanks Melissa Dawn for inviting me to do this session and making this the way to jump into the new year!
