⛺It's the moment you have all been waiting for this month: Saugeen Sojourn!🌲
Join EcoAdventures a social enterprise of the Bruce Peninsula Biosphere Association, in partnership with Anishinaabe Cultural Experiences, and Cape Croker Park for the Saugeen Sojourn on July 25–26. 🌲✨
This is far more than an outdoor adventure. It is a rare opportunity to slow down, connect with the land, and experience the stories and teachings of the Saugeen Bruce Peninsula through an Anishinaabe lens. Set in the beauty and tranquility of a private natural setting, your journey will blend exploration, land-based learning, Anishinaabe cultural experiences, meaningful conversations, and unforgettable moments under the stars.
Spend the night on cots in one of four canvas-walled tents on raised wooden platforms, paddle through the waters of Sydney Bay and/or guided fat bike tour of Cape Croker Park, join a guided nature hike, and gather around the campfire for Anishinaabe teachings and cultural experiences led by Indigenous guides and knowledge sharers. Enjoy delicious meals catered by an Anishinaabe elder, Daryl. This weekend trip is a fantastic opportunity to adventure and enjoy land-based learning while fostering our collective reconciliation and healing.
