By self-diagnosis, I’m afflicted by biophilia (the human tendency to interact or be closely associated with other forms of life in nature: a desire or tendency to commune with nature). ⁠
⁠
An obsession with nature is what drew me West to Canada’s coast from Ontario back in 2006, and what’s inspired the nature-infused life and lifestyle I’ve lived since, and the travels taking me into international communities and environments. ⁠

I’m constantly seeking out ways to learn about, understand and experience new cultures, and thoughtfully explore new corners of the natural world, and I'd love for you to follow along and join me!⁠

While climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, the first part of the ascent reminded me so much of the rain forests in the PNW with the ferns and other vegetation. 🌿 ⁠
