GOLDEN ✨ This campaign launched this week, and every time I look at these images I’m taken right back to that day.

The beachside patio. The warmth in the air. The kind of sunset photographers we all daydream about.

Last month I had the chance to work with for a second campaign, alongside a brilliant client team who made the whole thing feel effortless.

What I love about these images is how much they hold onto that feeling. Long summer evenings. Good company. Delicious food. The kind of moments you wish you could stretch out a little longer.

A few frames from a very good day.

VIVI ✨ Some people step in front of the camera and something just clicks.

I met Vivi on a shoot last year, and after spending the day photographing her we stayed connected. She told me she’d been thinking about exploring modelling, so we decided to get together and create some test shoot style images for agencies.

She was an absolute natural.

There’s this ease to her. Effortless in that way that can’t really be taught. Strong, soft, expressive. And yes… more than once I thought she looked a little like Cindy Crawford’s sister.

THINKIFIC ✨ There’s something really special about helping shape how a company chooses to show up in the world.

Last year, I was brought in to support the photography direction for Thinkific’s rebrand across two campaign shoots. Together, we created imagery that felt more human, grounded, and connected to the people behind the platform.

The goal wasn’t just polished visuals. It was creating a visual language that reflected ambition, inclusivity, and real moments.

These kinds of projects are always especially meaningful to me. The space between strategy, storytelling, and human connection is where I feel most at home.

KAYDENCE ✨ This was our third time working together, and there’s a rhythm to it now that I really love.

She walks in and it’s immediate. The attitude, the energy, the way she holds herself. It’s not put on or dialled up for the camera, it’s just who she is. That kind of presence is rare, and it’s exactly why she’s one of my favourite people to photograph.

In between frames we talk about music, what she’s building, where she’s heading. There’s a real fire in her, a clarity and drive that runs underneath everything. You can feel how much she cares about what she’s creating.

Then we fall back into shooting, her new music playing in the background.

I always leave these sessions feeling lit up. 🔥

MUM ✨ I only get to see my mum once, maybe twice a year if I’m lucky. So when she was here last year, getting to photograph her felt really special.

In her element. Doing what she does best. Fully herself.

She’s an artist, academic, and craftivist. The definition of drive, and somehow still the most humble person I know. She speaks at conferences around the world, exhibits her work internationally, writes, teaches, researches, and is currently deep in her PhD.

She’s a total rockstar, if you ask me.

But more than all of that, she’s my biggest inspiration. The way she moves through the world, the care she brings to her work, the integrity behind everything she does. It’s shaped so much of who I am.

These portraits feel really close to my heart.

Some of them have been published recently as part of an article about her work, which feels really special to share.

Go and give her a follow

BETWEEN THE PAGES ✨ Every month a new box of books arrives at my door.

It’s one of those projects that quietly brings me a lot of joy. For the past two years I’ve been photographing titles for my wonderful publisher client, Blue Star Press, working across all of their imprints (Paige Tate & Co., Sasquatch Books, and Little Bigfoot)

Each book becomes a little world to build around. Moving objects. Chasing light. Creating small scenes that feel like real moments from everyday life.

It’s very different from the portrait work I usually share. Here the subject is a product, but the process feels just as intentional. Slower. Thoughtful. A rhythm I’ve really grown to love.

My favourite part is always weaving in the human element. A cup of tea left mid-page. A hand reaching in. Books sitting comfortably in the quiet corners of home. Little details that make the titles feel lived in and relatable.

The trust they place in my direction and styling means a lot. And the ever-growing collection of their books on my shelves at home is a pretty lovely bonus.

If you’re an author, publisher, or brand looking for thoughtful product imagery like this, my door is always open.

FOUR DAYS OF COLOUR ✨ Last year I photographed my first Indian wedding and it’s a celebration I still find myself thinking about often.

Four days of colour, music, laughter and tradition. Every moment felt full. Sarees and lehengas catching the light. Hands covered in henna. Flowers everywhere. The rhythm of celebration carrying from one gathering to the next.

What stayed with me most though was the warmth. From the very beginning their families welcomed me so openly that I never felt like an outsider with a camera. I felt folded into the celebration itself.

Being able to witness each ritual up close, to see the care, symbolism and beauty woven through every moment, was something I will never forget.

It was joyful, vibrant, deeply meaningful and honestly one of the highlights of my year.

Sharing a few frames that still take me right back.

Let’s just say I’d be very happy if more weddings like this found their way onto my calendar.

February has been a really fu***ng hard month.

A lot of personal things shifting and unfolding in ways I didn’t expect. The kind of month that asks you to sit with discomfort, reflect a lot, and rethink a few things about your life.

In the middle of that, I’ve been holding really close to the things that matter most.

Time with Mia. My dogs. My sister. The quiet little moments with my girls that suddenly feel even more precious.

And my work. Being on set, creating, collaborating, and staying busy in a way that feels meaningful. It’s reminded me how much I love what I do.

It hasn’t been an easy month. But it’s been an honest one.

And sometimes that’s where the real clarity comes from.

Some projects feel aligned from the very first conversation.

Herdmate was born from a mother trying to soothe her son’s eczema. Silk. Cashmere. Alpaca. Materials chosen for comfort and care, not for trend. That foundation shaped everything about how we approached the imagery.

We kept the production simple and intentional. Real families. Natural looking light. Space for babies to be babies. The focus was on quiet connection and tactile detail — how the fabric falls, how it moves, how it feels against skin.

When a brand is built on genuine care, the imagery doesn’t need to be loud. It just needs to be honest.

This shoot was about creating a visual language that reflects that intimacy and quiet luxury — soft, grounded, and considered. I’m so looking forward to continuing to shape Herdmate’s story as the brand grows.

If you’re building a product rooted in purpose and want imagery that feels elevated but human, I’d love to connect.

Ten years with Bella 🖤

I brought her home as an 11-week-old rescue pup, and she’s been beside me through everything since. So many phases of life, so many highs and lows, and she has always been there. Steady. Loyal. Deeply tuned in to every shift in me, often before I even realised it myself.

We’ve lived a lot of life together. A solo road trip through the Rockies, just the two of us. Multi-day backpacking trips. Campervan life along the coast, all the way to Big Sur and back. Countless mountain bike rides with her right there beside me, focused, strong, completely in her element.

She’s ten now and still going strong. The famous head tilts, striking a pose the second a camera comes out, and that quiet, knowing presence she’s always had.

I don’t think there are words big enough for what it means to grow through a decade of life with a dog like Bella. So deeply grateful for this life we’ve shared, and hoping for many, many more years with her by my side. ✨
