This is 58 year old Richard Allan Slobodian. He is accused of being a pe*****le and lives in Vernon BC. He repeatedly broke conditions of parole, which include not being near children or parks. This week he was caught in a Coldstream park taking pictures of young children. Please call the police if you see him near parks, schools or children.
He was recently arrested for taking photos of children in a Coldstream park. Court documents show Richard Allan Slobodian, born 1962, was placed under strict conditions on an order that appears to have been renewed on an ongoing basis. Crown prosecutors argued they had reasonable grounds to fear Slobodian may commit a sexual offence against a minor.
