As far behind as I can recall, picking up a camera of any sort has always intrigued me. My artistic interests have multiplied since the day I fell in love with the art of photography, however it will always remain a huge part of my life. The name "Florence Photography" derives from a number of things. First being that my second name from birth is Florence. It also happens to be the second name of
my courageous, beautiful Auntie Carolann who came to rest in forever peace after her long, ferocious battle of cancer earlier this year in 2013. Her main intent in life was to give the most of her that she possibly could to everyone who crossed her colorful path. With a heart of gold and glitter, my Auntie was and will be a legend. I hope to carry her name on with pride and to spread the generosity she has taught me. Another reason for the selection of this name is from the inspiration I obtained from my trip to Europe in 2010. The life-altering journey consisted of London, Paris, Rome and Italy (Florence).I found a whole new appreciation for the name Florence after experiencing the city itself. I would like to remain open to all sorts of negotiations so that those with limited funds can experience the magic of Florence Photography as well.
