Early concepts for the launch of . This was an interesting challenge. I’ve only shot babies being babies. This is my first time shooting babies while they model.
The babies didn’t want to follow any instruction - If anyone knows why please let me know 😌
Every shoot is stressful. But this shoot takes the cake as having the most unique challenges to date. Usually I’m worried about camera settings, flow, lighting. I had to ignore pretty much everything I usually focus on and try to capture small moments.
I had a grand plan for how we would light the scenes and set up cameras. Once we rolling I quickly realized none of my plan was going to work.
I shot video and photo for this campaign. It was a constant battle, deciding when I would shoot what. I was often having to flip my camera into automatic mode to keep up with a crazy pace.
In theory I could have had two cameras going at once. One for photo and one for video. But even that would not have worked.

Next time, two shooters are a must. Especially considering the different lighting requirements when switching between photo and video.
