A cup of coffee...

For some it's just a way to perk up, for some to pass the time, for others coffee is a ritual.☕️
A ritual in which there is a magical opportunity to slow down and hear yourself. In such moments, an ordinary cup of coffee is not just a hot aromatic drink, it is a guide to the need for each person to see themselves, to stop. To freeze.

The most DANGEROUS pre-shooting procedures💥

Girls, please do NOT experiment with yourself before the shoot. We're going to have a blast on it!

🚫Eyelash extensions. (To an unfamiliar master NO)

🚫 Massage, especially anti-cellulite massage. Bruising is not the best accessory.

🚫Also injections and other cosmetic procedures, after which you still need to recover.

🚫NEW vitamins, grooming products and so on. Especially those with allergies.

🚫Hair removal with wax, sugar (sometimes laser)! It takes a few days for the skin to recover. Especially if it is sensitive.

MY GREATEST FEAR

A person's biggest fear before a photo shoot...is when you stand in front of the photographer and...terrified you don't know where to put your body, what to do at all, how you look.

Girls, I understand you very well. Experiencing fear and discomfort in front of the camera, not being able to pose NORMALLY. Only with time and experience do you stop experiencing it.
Most of my models are ordinary women and come to a photo shoot for the first time. And it turns out they know how to pose, and it's not so scary, and there is pleasure in it. Each one is like from the cover of a magazine.

A photo is not just a picture. It can be used to convey your mood, to show your favorable sides or vice versa. In order to get the most beautiful on the photo, I will share with you a few rules in posing, which will help you to show your advantages!

• Remember the neck. It should always be visible in all poses and angles. The slimmer and more graceful the neck looks, the slimmer the whole body will look.
