My family sessions are always intentional. When you book a family photoshoot with me you're booking an experience. We are not counting down the clock and keeping an eye on the time. You get to relax and connect with your family and I will just be a fly on the wall with gentle but intentional guiding!

My 10 week lock in (wellness Journey, whatever you wanna call it) came to an end and I honestly had no time to recap until now! I think I'm only 3 weeks late 🤣

I lost some weight, I became more in tune with my body, I absolutely CRUSHED learning reformer pilates at Round Two Fitness it was an amazing experience!! I kept a calorie deficit, I spent more time with my kids, more time off my phone. It was exactly what I needed.

I will be taking a very short break from the gym to spend more time at the beach this summer but I will be doing another 10 week lock in, I'm not sure if I'll start in August or September but I will post it all on my tiktok!!
