Meet Chantel Furtado!

Chantel is a Singer/Actor/Dancer from Hamilton, ON. She has had a passion for performing since she was 4, and fell in love with musical theatre in 2015. She has been in many local productions, including Footloose, Rent, Chicago, and soon, Matilda: The Musical. She hopes to be an inspiration for young performers and artists to pursue their dreams, and to use musical theatre as a universal language to connect with everyone that is involved.

Brayah is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Music Theatre through a collaborative program between St. Lawrence College & Queen’s University. Meet Jenn Addesso!

Jenn is a Cambridge-born performer who is starting to pursue her passion for voice acting. She recently graduated from teacher’s college at York University and is a graduate from the University of Waterloo with a B.A. in French and Theatre and Performance. She endeavours to inspire others with her work, whether it be through voice acting or theatre as a whole, and always find ways to keep art in her life.

Had the chance to photograph Re**er Madness: Origins at the Toronto Fringe Festival.

Not only was it very aesthetically pleasing, but it was a very important story about the role that racism has played (and still plays) in the demonization of cannabis over the past decades. Powerful and relevant.

Meet Alex Stamp!

Alex is a Toronto born Actor who has been enjoying time on stage for almost two decades. He has played many comedic roles and has recently starting dabbling in dramatic works. He hopes to branch out further and widen his experiences. Alex has also directed and done some writing for stage as well. During the daytime, Alex is a high school dramatic arts teacher who gets as many kids on stage as possible for drama, dance and music. Many of these for the benefit of the kids, many of these for charitable organizations. He loves the stage so much that he just can't resist getting on it himself whenever he can!

Meet Alessia Hughes!

Alessia Hughes is currently pursuing her Masters in Drama Therapy at New York University. She feels incredibly privileged to have grown up immersed in the arts—drama, dance, piano, singing, and musical theatre. These experiences fostered her creativity, ability for self-expression, and a cultivation of joy which she hopes to carry into her work with individuals seeking personalized care. Alessia deeply misses performing in musicals and competing in dance, which have both been influential forces in her personal development. She knows that there will be new stages, unexpected players, and compelling stories that she will cross paths with on her journey to becoming a Drama Therapist.

Meet Jamie Salloum!

Jamie is an aspiring actor/singer/voice actor from Toronto. He has always been interested in creating, and working with fellow creatives who share his passion. He currently attends York University (Glendon Campus), and is entering his 4th year of Drama Studies. His goals, as he takes his first major steps into this wild world of theatre, are endless and everchanging, however he would mainly like to provide a positive energy and welcoming vibe to all audiences, casts, and crews he may be a part of, and he hopes he will continue to grow and learn as he explores theatre going forward.
