The scans came back from M&J's wedding.

There's a light leak on this one. I kept staring at it: wondering if it was too much.

But then I kept looking at the way it pools around her. How it bleeds into the red of her lehenga, like the frame itself is on fire. How it softens everything at the edges while she stays completely still at the centre.

It didn't interrupt the image. It finished it.

That's the thing about film. You don't know what you have until it comes back. And sometimes what comes back is better than what you planned.

Let’s get eloped.

Not the dramatic, disappear-from-your-life kind.
More like:
Sneaky Dee’s, b**r, pizza, a little chaos,
a lot like your typical weekend hang.

Then we go sign the papers.

No timeline breathing down your neck.
No “we have to go cut the cake now.”
Just… a day that actually feels like yours.

Weekends are fully booked this year.
But weekdays?
Still open for this kind of story.

A wedding day isn’t one moment.
It’s a series of small ones, unfolding loudly or quietly.

Hands adjusting fabric.
Perfume settling on skin.
A pause before stepping through the door.
Laughter breaking through the nerves.
Dinner stretched long into the night.
A dance floor that didn’t empty until it had to.

Nothing staged.
Nothing rushed.
Just people, showing up fully for one another.

This is how it felt.

When the timeline dissolves, the music takes over, and everyone you love is exactly where they’re meant to be — together, celebrating without holding back.

These are the moments I care about most.
Not the posed ones.
The lived-in, sweaty, euphoric, we’re never forgetting this kind of night.
