This year I realized I was thinking like an artist…
and running my business like one too.
I focused more on how things looked than how they worked.
That mindset left opportunities and results on the table.
Shifting toward an entrepreneurial mindset didn’t kill my creativity it gave it structure.
I started building systems for onboarding, client experience, and ROI.
Now I’m asking a better question:
“Does this actually help the client?”
