We're honoured to be featured in the New York Post's roundup of Canada's top guided experiences! 🇨🇦 While the article only scratches the surface, it highlights what we strive to share every day: the living culture, history, and stories of the lək̓ʷəŋən People.

The feature also shines a light on our Senior Cultural Tour Guide, Melissa Jean Barnhard (Nawhea'mowha), but there's so much more to her story. As a member of the Songhees Nation and one of the Lekwungen People, whose communities are made up of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, Melissa shares not just the history of these lands during our tours, but her own family's stories, cultural teachings, and the living connections that continue today.

We're grateful to have Songhees Tours recognized alongside some of Canada's incredible experiences, and while the article is highlighting "exclusive" experiences, we'd like to think also we're very inclusive too.

Whether you're joining us on the water or on foot, our goal has always been the same: to help guests see Victoria through a different lens and leave with a deeper connection to the place and its people.

Thank you to the New York Post for the feature, and to everyone who has joined us on this journey so far. We're grateful to continue sharing this work with you every day!
