We are working as quickly as possible and appreciate everyone's patience. Please remember, we have full-time jobs, and an instant reply to an email is not always possible, but we will dive into emails when back home. Please allow us time to respond to emails in chronological order. Please reply to your original email with follow-ups to keep everything in the same thread, as multiple new emails and replies bottleneck the flow and add to clerical work.
Due to the wet weather and abundance of judge inserts, as well as most photos being shot on the last day, we are doing above-average amounts of editing, trying to clean muddy feet, dry coats, etc. Our editing is professionally done, time-consuming, and needs to be congruent with the high-resolution images we provide - we will not rush that.
Please remember to talk to your ring steward to let your judge know you would like a photo and to find out when that judge is available. It is not always possible to insert a judge, as they are often not holding the right ribbon, or the podiums and tripod levels have changed positions.
If you're not sure the judge can make it, it is crucial to leave your ribbon with us along with your judge's name, handler's name and win. We will not copy and paste floating ribbons, incorrect ribbons from past shows, or judges with missing digits to accommodate a larger specialty ribbon. Instead, we'll add a free of charge, certificate-like banner to your image. The ribbons will then be laid out aesthetically by the flowers or podium, along with your dog.
We do our best to work with dogs that are either not comfortable on the podium, overexcited, shy, not wanting to be touched, or unable or cannot be alerted with toys or food. We do our best with what is presented to us, and ask for kindness and acceptance when the end result is less than perfect. Much like ring candids, we can only photograph what we are given.
A reminder - Candid photos, as usual, will not be available until all win photos are processed, to ensure quick turnaround time.
