A particularly ominous shot of Hallett towering over Emerald Lake (or in this case, Emerald Snowfield) this past weekend. I especially like this photo because it reminds me of the photos found on the camera of the mountaineers from the Dyatlov Pass Incident. If you haven't heard of it, read the book Dead Mountain. A level of unsettling that is unparalleled by any other mountain disaster/ mystery.

Great long weekend in Rocky Mountain National Park with ! A frozen Chasm Lake under the Diamond on Longs Peak. Full gale winds and extremely cold but incredible!
