IN A FAIRYTALE FOREST

Märchenhafte Stimmung im Wald. Die Bäume waren mit Raureif überzogen und es war eisig kalt. Trotzdem zeigten sich der Waldboden und der Weg in leuchtenden Farben.

A magical atmosphere filled the forest. The trees were covered in hoarfrost and it was bitterly cold. Nevertheless, the forest floor and the path displayed vibrant colors.

AT THE ATLANTIC OCEAN

Wunderschöne Stimmung am fast menschenleeren Strand. Die Flut kommt und die Fischer hoffen auf einen guten Fang. Trotz tosenden Wellen eine ruhige und verzauberte Atmosphäre.

A beautiful atmosphere on the almost deserted beach. The tide is coming in, and the fishermen are hoping for a good catch. Despite the roaring waves, a calm and enchanting atmosphere.

AT THE FOGLINE I

Ein nebliger Morgen Ende Dezember 2024. Das sind die Stimmungen an welchen es mich rauszieht und es kein Halten mehr gibt. Ein spektakuläres und wunderschönes Schauspiel wenn der Nebel auf- und absteigt.

A foggy morning at the end of December 2024. These are the moods that take me out and there’s no stopping me. A lovely and beautiful spectacle as the fog rises and falls.

PHARE DU CAP FRÉHEL

Diese Fotos habe ich an meinem Geburtstag im letzten Jahr mit der Drohne aufgenommen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön wie die anderen Tage. Dafür waren die Farben umso leuchtender. Immer wieder faszinierend Bilder aus einer anderen Perspektive machen zu können.

I took these photos with the drone on my birthday last year. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as nice as the other days. But the colors were even brighter. It’s always fascinating to be able to take pictures from a different perspective.

I took this picture the day after the storm. It was still stormy but the sea had calmed down a bit. It is incredible how the lighthouses withstand all weather conditions and storms.
Would you last a week at the lighthouse all alone?

Dieses Bild habe ich einen Tag nach dem Sturm aufgenommen. Es war noch immer stürmisch, aber die See hatte sich etwas beruhigt. Es ist unglaublich, wie die Leuchttürme allen Wetterbedingungen und Stürmen standhalten.
Würdest du eine Woche ganz alleine auf dem Leuchtturm durchhalten?

Auch über der Moränenlandschaft hat die Aurora Borealis getanzt. Was für ein unglaublicher und magischer Moment! Die Natur zeigt uns immer wieder ihre ganze Schönheit. Als wolle sie sagen, passt auf mich auf!

The Aurora Borealis also danced over the moraine landscape. What an incredible and magical moment! Nature always shows us all its beauty. As if to say, take care of me!

Thrilled to be back in Brittany at last!
I’ve longed to capture the majestic beauty of a lighthouse amidst a storm. Timing was key, so I planned my trip to coincide with a spring tide, taking heed of .de’s advice that the chances are good when there is a spring tide and then a storm comes.
How lucky I was!!! As soon as I arrived, it stormed, and I ran off to take photos. The fourth picture I took is this one. Yesssss!!!
