Aloha von Maui! 🌺🌊
Manchmal gibt es diese Momente, bei denen man kurz innehalten muss und denkt: Wow – wie cool ist das bitte?
12.000 km von der Heimat entfernt durfte ich einen First Look fotografisch begleiten – und dann auch noch an einem Ort wie Maui. Zwischen Palmen, Meeresrauschen und dieser ganz besonderen hawaiianischen Atmosphäre fühlt sich das Ganze schon fast ein bisschen unreal an. 🌴✨
Der First Look fand direkt am Strand statt. Ein unglaublich schöner, intimer Moment, bevor wir anschließend noch ein kleines Brautpaarshooting gemacht haben. Danach ging es weiter zu einem ruhigen, abgelegenen Strand, an dem die beiden sich das Ja-Wort gegeben haben. 🤍
Für mich als Fotograf ist es etwas ganz Besonderes, solche Momente so weit weg von zu Hause festhalten zu dürfen. Nicht nur, weil Maui wunderschön ist, sondern weil man hier Geschichten an Orten erzählen darf, die selbst schon wie ein kleines Stück aus einem Film wirken.
Und das war erst der Anfang. 🥹

A First Look in Maui. 🌺🌊
Sometimes there are those moments when you just have to pause for a second and think: Wow – how amazing is this?
12,000 km (7,500 miles) away from home, I had the incredible opportunity to photograph a First Look – and in a place like Maui, no less. Surrounded by palm trees, the sound of the ocean and that very special Hawaiian atmosphere, the whole experience felt almost unreal. 🌴✨
The First Look took place right on the beach. An incredibly beautiful and intimate moment, followed by a little couples’ shoot. From there, we continued to a quiet, secluded beach where the couple exchanged their vows. 🤍
As a photographer, it means so much to me to be able to capture moments like these so far away from home. Not only because Maui is absolutely breathtaking, but because here, you get to tell stories in places that already feel like something out of a movie.
And this was only the beginning. 🥹
