I love specialty coffee and yes this account will also be about that!
Everyone who knows me can confirm how important it is for me to start the day with quality coffee ☕️
Of course holidays are no exception and I do my due diligence in researching the best spots for my trip.
During my recent trip to Malta I found .
This is a place that has exceeded my expectations and that’s why it deserves a full post!
The coffee was spectacular and the pastries even more! Let me tell you I have never before tried a croissant that didn’t feel greasy and heavy! 🥐
The food selection is almost overwhelming, from sweet to savory, big or small, you’ll find something there!

Loaf has 2 locations and I only have been to the Sliema one but If you go, pay them a visit!

2025 hasn’t just been the end of an year, it has more precisely been the end of a version of me.
As the seasons pass, we change, grow and adapt. Last year has been very eye opening for me and has had me set the boundaries that I never had the courage to set before. I was comfortable in my discomfort, chasing things like being cool, showing up at events cause you “had to “ be there.

What is left when you take all of that away? Emptiness. At first, of course, you are stepping out of your comfort zone, and it feels…you guessed it, uncomfortable!
It takes a lot of deep breaths and “it’s all gonna be fine” to help your nervous system through a change like that, a mindset change.
It takes courage to try and explore what is out there. Kind of like when you go swimming in the open sea, it’s so scary to see the deep blue of the water, not being able to to see the bottom, but at some point it gets easier to keep swimming and before you know it, you can see land materializing on the horizon.

I am hoping to keep doing things that scare me or that I always wanted to do but found ways to set roadblocks for myself. I am very good at self sabotage.
The work I have been putting with myself is immense and if I look different to you, it means somehow it’s working.
My life can’t be about the perception the outside world has of me, it is MINE and therefore, I have to live it, the way I like it.
