Jump Effect:

1. Shoot a clean clip of yourself jumping.
2. Drag the clip into your timeline.
3. Open the “Transform” section and adjust the position of your clip.
4. Move to the exact frame where you land.
5. Create a keyframe, then go 3–6 frames forward and create another keyframe.
6. Adjust the position of your clip again.
7. Repeat this process for every jump in your clip.
