Hallo meine Lieben, heute mal was ganz Persönliches von mir… 💔

Mein über alles geliebter Jeep Wrangler steht jetzt seit mittlerweile über 5 Wochen unbewegt rum, weil ich einfach keine Antwort von Jeep bekomme. Aber hier die ganze Geschichte:

Ich habe mir mit diesem Wrangler (EZ 2022) einen absoluten Lebenstraum erfüllt. Jahrelang habe ich dafür gespart, mich auf jedes Abenteuer gefreut und den Wagen gehegt und gepflegt – lückenloses Scheckheft, immer alles pünktlich bei der Vertragswerkstatt erledigt.

Schon in den ersten zwei Jahren war meine Geduld oft gefragt: Wegen sage und schreibe ich glaube 3 bis 4 offiziellen Rückrufaktionen musste der Wagen immer wieder außerplanmäßig in die Werkstatt. Ich habe das alles geduldig mitgemacht, weil ich dieses Auto wirklich geliebt habe.

Doch jetzt, bei gerade einmal 37.000 km, hat sich der Traum endgültig in einen Albtraum verwandelt: Die Getriebeölpumpe ist komplett kollabiert. Die Werkstatt sagt klipp und klar: „Das Auto darf wegen drohender Folgeschäden nicht mehr bewegt werden.“

Das Bittere: Stellantis kennt das Problem ganz genau – es ist ein dokumentierter Serienfehler (TSB 21-041-26 / RSU 25-170), der genau mein Modell betrifft. Doch weil der Schaden exakt vier Wochen nach Ablauf der Garantie/Kulanz aufgetreten ist, lässt Jeep Deutschland mich komplett im Regen stehen.

Am 20.07.2026 habe ich alle Unterlagen vollständig an den Kundenservice geschickt (Vorgangsnummer: 04298830). Am 24.07. habe ich nochmals die Dringlichkeit erklärt, da ich beruflich auf mein Auto angewiesen bin.

Das Ergebnis bis heute? Absolute Funkstille. Seit über einem Monat nicht eine einzige Rückmeldung, kein Statusupdate, nichts.

Es tut einfach nur weh zu sehen, wie ein mühsam erspartes Traumauto wegen eines bekannten Konstruktionsfehlers auf dem Hof verrottet, nachdem man schon zig Rückrufe ertragen hat – und der Kundenservice von Jeep Deutschland und Stellantis das Problem schlichtweg aussitzt.

Friends, I have a small favour to ask.

And yes, this is the part where someone starts a new project and gently bothers all their friends about it. 😅

Over the past few months, I’ve been quietly building HOME CARE ATELIER . And surprisingly enough, people have started showing up. We now have our first clients, our first reviews, and even our first big project on the website.

To be honest, it still feels a little funny to realise that after photography, art, design, construction, landscape architecture, and roughly five hundred other interests, I somehow found myself working with homes.

But the more I do it, the more I realise it actually makes perfect sense.

Because HomeCare Atelier is not really about cleaning.

It’s about that feeling when you walk through the door and finally exhale.

When that corner of the room that has been annoying you for months no longer does.

When you can actually find the thing you were looking for.

When you want to light a candle, put fresh flowers on the table, and stay home a little longer.

So, if you have friends who might need help with their home, organisation, decluttering, moving, decorating, flowers, or simply making their space feel good again, I would be incredibly grateful for a recommendation.

I turned 39 today.

This year has been… strange. It held a lot of things, and at the same time, it felt like nothing at all. Crises, pauses, attempts to start over. There were decisions I had to let go of, and others that are still searching for their place.

There were ups and downs: first up, then down. First I gained weight, then I lost it. First plans, then a pause. And then the cycle repeats.

But I’m still here. And you are here with me.

Thank you for being here this year even when I didn’t really understand where I was going.
