Thank you for checking out my page. Please note that I will not be posting anything more through Facebooks business pages. I received an offer to try their ads for free and while I was a bit skeptical, since my last experience with their ads was not a good one, I thought I would try it again, since it had been a few years and I could try it again for free. I was hoping that with advancements in technology that things would be different. I was wrong. Very wrong. I ultimately learned that I should always trust my gut, even if I am wanting to give a second chance. I placed the "free" ad. It ran as advertised, except at the end I was charged for it. I have written over 10 emails and many chats back and forth with them trying to get a human being to help me with this and finally I gave up because I didn't want to waste any more time trying to chase down the payment. My time is more valuable and I have learned now , that for me, doing business with Facebook is not the way to go. I started wondering how many other people have mistakes on their bills, how many "free" offers to try it had been sent out and how much revenue they have made from "mistakes" and people just giving up and Facebook keeps their money. To me, it reeks of SCAM. So, I will no longer be posting anything on here for my business.
