Out of all the years using gimbals, testing different models and brands, I had never used anything like the Crane 2S. The gimbal was able to handle everything I placed on it, even the most front-heavy lenses. The performance is impressive and the design shows how much the technology has changed since the first Crane. I believe the Crane 2S will be my go-to choice from now on. Thank you once again for sample unit, I had a blast using it!

⁣Traveling hundreds of kilometers, glacial water channels into a vast river bed along the coastline. The silt-filled water, rich in minerals, mixes with both muddy and crystal clear waters creating a natural artwork visible only from the air. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⁣⁣⁣Last light over Eyjafjallajökull. This day was one for the books. Our mission was to reach the summit of the glacier in time to enjoy the sunset at the peak. The way to the top of Eyjafjallajökull is not easy tho, the chances of falling into a crevasse or getting lost are high if you don't know the way or have the right experience. To reach the peak safely, we used snowmobiles and followed a local guide. I find it difficult to find the right words to describe the beauty of the view seen from the summit. If you had the chance, would you go for an adventure like this one??

⁣Reminiscing about all the memorable moments lived during my four weeks roaming Namibia. The morning I took this image I remember arriving at the gate of the Sossusvlei National Park long before the opening time just to be sure to have some time to enjoy this location without the swarms of tourists!

⁣Let me present you to Arman and Talap, the Eagle Hunters siblings living in the remote Sagsai province in Western Mongolia, hunting small prey like rabbits, marmots, and foxes with their golden eagles.⠀

I wonder when will things get back to what they were before... if they ever will. It's crazy how much I miss traveling and creating content! It's the first time in my life that I don't have any trip under my radar... Hope to get back to do what I do best soon!

These moments are the ones to look back for. Flying over the endless dunes of the Namib desert as the last light faded over the horizon will definitely always stick with me as one of my favourite experiences while traveling.

⁣What fascinated me the most about the hunters is the bond they have with their eagles. It is difficult for me to put into words such an intimate relationship. This bond starts the moment the hunters catch the eaglet from its nest. Only female birds are used for the hunting process, as they are naturally larger (with a wingspan of around 2.5m) and fiercer hunters. Another even more successful way to catch a young eagle is to set a net and use smaller birds (usually falcons) to lure the fierce bird to the trap. Before ever being able to hunt, the eagle hunters train their birds for years. Although eagles can live up to thirty years, the hunters keep them for about ten years at their side. After these years have passed, the eagle is released to live its last years in the wild, hopefully reproducing and assuring the future of its species.

⁣I feel blessed that through my entire life I was able to travel and experience at first hand many of the most incredible places this world has to offer. Seeing how breathtaking our planet is has opened my eyes to the effect society has on it. Try to play a positive part in this change! ✌🏻

⁣I'd like to introduce you to Ernar, a young eagle hunter of 4 years old learning this fascinating tradition from his father Talap. Until being around 13 years old kids practice with falcons as they still don't have enough strength to hold a fully grown golden eagle. Hunting with eagles is, unfortunately, a dying tradition and it's estimated that there are only around 200 hunters left in Mongolia. Younger generations often prefer to live a more modern style of life moving in cities or even the capital to attend better schools or to go to universities. ⠀⠀

Something very interesting about this image has been the various interpretations viewers have given it. Some thought this image was a painting, while others perceived it as different patterns in the sand. It's not easy to understand right away that the subject of this picture is the many braided streams of a glacier river. ⁣⁣
