This is an excellent question from bonappetitmag Asking if its ok to take condiments to a restaurant? Ohhhhh this is a good one. I honestly don't know how I feel about this. On one hand, its your food and money. Do what you want. On the other hand, it might be offensive to the chef. What do yall think?

Checking out the Monsoon Tea Company Thailand shop located at Good Design for Good Deeds here in Chiang Mai. Monsoon tea has long been my absolute favorite tea in Thailand because it makes tea extremely accessible and affordable. Highly recommended.

When I saw this video I honestly thought she was exaggerating. Then I researched. WOW!!! Lebua has long been expensive but I didn't realize it had gotten THIS expensive. In my opinion, not worth it in a city full of fantastic rooftop bars. Here are three I highly recommend.

Nothing Sacred just served me one of my favorite meals in the city right now. Going back to what we've always loved about Bangkok. Real interpersonal connection with brilliant chefs and teams around the city. Nothing Sacred is all about the customer experience from start to finish. And I think it's a must visit for any serious foodie in or around Bangkok.

Pilates IS the hardest workout for gym bros hands down. Not only is it simply hard, its humbling as hell. And requires you to put away your ego. Because otherwise you'll crawl out crying. Lol.
