A little under three years ago, when my first baby arrived, I found myself glued to my little point-and-shoot, determined to capture every yawn, every smile, every wobbly step. If you know my personal account, you will testify that I have a ot of in-the-moment pictures, perfect and imperfect!
What began with just one camera and a single lens quickly became a mission to freeze each fleeting milestone. I’d sneak out at golden hour to photograph that perfect glow on her cheeks or set up impromptu crib-side sessions for sleepy newborn portraits. It wasn’t about fancy gear, just the joy of knowing that years from now, those tiny toes and curious eyes would live forever in an image. Now I show her those pictures and she just goes ‘BABY!!’ in the most excited way. It never fails to make our home warm.
While my journey started by photographing my child’s milestones, I now mostly do adult and family portraits.
