On Saturday June 6th I’ll be giving a talk at the .festival in Vicenza, Italy. The photo festival runs June 5-7 with exhibitions, slideshows, talks, workshops, screenings, and photo books. If you’ll be in the area (a short train ride from Venice) come check it out! Admission is free.

The image on the poster is from a large project documenting one family’s experience of the Sandinista Revolution in Nicaragua 1985 — if you want to see more it’s listed under “other projects” on my website.

The inaugural .l.a photo fair is happing this weekend at ! Amidst the galleries, publishers, installations, auction, and artist talks, I’ll be signing copies of ‘Too Many Products Too Much Pressure’ on Saturday 2/28 at 4:30pm at the table for just 30 minutes. Made it to Paris, mostly awake! Three events coming up this week, more details in slides & below. See you there ⚡️

Monday 11/10 6-9p : has curated a selection of photobooks, including Too Many Products Too Much Pressure, around the theme of family portraiture. Todd will give a short talk about the photobooks at 7pm Monday evening, and the collection will be on display at through February 10th.

Thursday 11/13 5-7pm : I’ll be signing books alongside Richard Renaldi at 43 Rue Charlot, 75003 Paris. Space will be very limited, RSVP at [email protected] or DMs!

Saturday 11/15 6pm : I’ll be signing books at the Deadbeat Club table at Polycopies, on the Concorde-Atlantique boat and the quays of the Seine across from Paris Photo.

Made it to Paris! First of three events is this coming Monday Nov 10th 6-9p at —

Very much looking forward to spending a week in Montana with some of my favorite photographers… and honored to be among this list of keynote speakers and reviewers.

There’s still time to apply if you’d like to join us! Applications are due 11/23 (or 11/30 if you’re running late). Invaluable chance to get feedback on your work, and also, from what I hear, have a good time.

En route to NYC for the Photofest… see you there?

Saturday 4:00pm I’ll be signing copies of Too Many Products Too Much Pressure at the table.

Then on Sunday at 12:00pm in the ICP Library, School, Floor 2, join us for a screening of the short film companion piece to this book, a reimagining of the original format of this project: two-projector slide show with audio. The screening will be followed by a Q&A.
