🔵⚪️ STORMY NIGHT, SCINTILLATING FOOTBALL 🔵⚪️

Cove Rangers 6–1 Dumbarton
Scottish Challenge Cup – Balmoral Stadium

Through horizontal rain and gusting wind, Cove delivered a ruthless performance to storm into the next round.

From 1–1 to 6–1, this was clinical, relentless, and exactly the kind of display you want to see under the lights – even when the weather is doing its worst to players and fans alike. 🌧️💨

Back where it all happens. ⚡

Great to be back in AMT Gym this week capturing the energy of the juniors training — the next generation putting in the work, round after round.

And massive respect to the newly crowned ISKA Scottish Open 2026 champions 🏆 Hard work paying off. You know who you are.

From the juniors grinding it out to the champions standing on top — this is what it's all about.

A frustrating Saturday on the road for Cove Rangers, who were narrowly beaten 1–0 by Hamilton Academical in William Hill League 1 action. ⚽️🔴

Hamilton found the only goal in the first half, but Cove can feel hard done by after Jordan White had a goal ruled out following a crowded moment in the box. Cove battled throughout, played some good football, and had periods of control, but just lacked the final ball to create the chances needed to find an equaliser.

No points from the trip, but plenty of positives for a new squad that is still growing together and finding its rhythm.

A real game of two halves at Balmoral Stadium as Cove Rangers secured a deserved 3–0 win over Peterhead. ⚽️🔴

After a tight first half finished 0–0, with Robbie Mutch producing a top save to keep Cove level, the home side stepped it up after the break. Joseph Teasdale opened the scoring early in the second half, Jordan White added a crucial second, and Edimondo Oppong completed the result after determined work from Destiny Oladipo.

A strong all-round display—midfield battles won, a solid defensive performance, big saves from Mutch, and three goals to seal the points.

Saturday’s trip to East Fife with Cove Rangers for their William Hill League 1 fixture ended in disappointment after a scrappy, hard-fought game.

East Fife proved more streetwise in the closing stages, finding a way to secure the result with two late goals and take the win. ⚽️📸
