I’m so excited to tell you this… THIS IS BIG NEWS!

Before, I was holding myself back.

Before, I felt like I would be judged for making a change.

Before, I didn’t want to admit it to myself.

But now… I can say it out loud

Actually, now I want to shout it from the rooftops
- I’ve connected with my purpose and I’m excited to launch forwards.

So… here’s what I haven’t been telling you….

Since February, I’ve been training to be a

⭐️Transformation Life Coach ⭐️

Yaaaas! 👏👏👏

My trip to Scotland was part of the training with my cohort but also a big deep dive into my own transformation.

I’ll be bringing this work into what I currently do with helping female business owners to get even more visible and conquer their fear of being seen and I have gorgeous plans beyond that too! 🙌

More on this later but as i’m training - I’d love to offer x2 45 minute coaching sessions FOC for anyone who is feeling a bit stuck, wants some space to think or someone who is facing a decision or change in their life.

It might not be you but you may know someone who does need this, in which case I’d love to be put in touch with them.

Sometimes one conversation can change everything. 🙌💫

I’ve never experienced so many goosebumps all over my body at once.

I don’t know how to even begin how much this experience has altered me as a human being.

The event was called Jive hosted by , my very powerful coach and the whole experience was centred around ‘Shining your light.’

I entered feeling a very dim version of me - deflated, exhausted, unsure of myself, unclear on where I was heading, unworthy, unloving of myself.

During the event, I surrendered to all those feelings, danced my heart out to shake it all out, dived deeper into those feelings, voiced them powerfully in the group, danced some more and invited in joy, then powerfully envisioned what my life would like if I really let my light shine and, how I would feel if I embodied her, did some breathwork to invite it in, and then I arrived in day 4 and…

I felt her, I was her.
Still me but also a completely different version.
I let her shine (and sparkle ✨)

This description doesn’t even do the event half the justice it deserves - my words can’t describe the process but it’s unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

I have left feeling fu***ng ecstatic.
I have left feeling so deeply grateful.
I have left feeling I have got my back.
I have left feeling like this is the first time I’ve ever been in love with me.

That’s HUGE!

Thank you to Sarah for this glorious, heart-wrenching, heartwarming, life squeezing event and to all the glorious souls I got to meet too! Such gorgeous humans ☺️✨🙌

Embracing the wild woman within!

Wind blowing through me - on top of the world

Unfiltered and raw - just as I am.

Feeling so alive right now.

This is a good feeling.

Having the best time at this event in Scotland.

You’ve got a great idea…you press record and…

Suddenly you’re now Dory from finding Nemo
“NOPE, nothing in my noggin” 🫠

This is why so many people avoid filming.
Not because you don’t know your stuff…
but because you’re trying to remember it all on the spot.

Try this instead:
☀️ 1 clear point before you hit record
☀️ Say it like you’re talking to a friend

AND give yourself permission to f*ck it up.
You can always re-record 👏

It’s not about being perfect
it’s about pressing record again and again.

Be honest… How many times have you picked up your phone to “just get ideas”…
