I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ivy and her lovely family for a photoshoot at one of my favourite places. 🐾❤️
Ivy was an absolute little supermodel and was such a sweetheart throughout the whole shoot! 📸🥰
I’m just putting the final touches to their gallery and I honestly can’t wait to share the rest of their beautiful images with you!

🥉 BRONZE — 2026 International Pet Photography Awards! 🌍📸

I’m so excited to share that this image has been awarded Bronze in the 2026 International Pet Photography Awards, in the Canine Portrait category! 🐾✨

I know I recently shared that this photograph received Silver with the Guild of Photographers in the IOM, but this is a completely separate competition — so to have the same image recognised in an international photography award is extra special. First time entering the International Pet Photography Awards ✨

Two competitions. Two awards. 🥈🥉

I’m still learning and developing my photography, so moments like this give me such a lovely confidence boost and make all the time spent behind the camera worthwhile.

And just look at that little face! 🥰🐶

Golden boy. 🧡

Just because we're taking life a little slower at the moment doesn't mean we can't look back at happier adventures. This is one of my favourite portraits of Hunter.

He's currently on strict crate rest while he recovers, from a suspected slipped disc, but he's taking each day in his stride. We're celebrating every little win and can't wait until he's back exploring again.

For now, we're soaking up the cuddles and reminding ourselves that healing takes time.❣️🐾

✨ I'm so happy to share that this image has been awarded a Bronze Award by the Guild of Photographers! 🥉📸

Each month I enter the Guild of Photographers' Image of the Month competition, and I can honestly say the standard just seems to get higher and higher. The quality of work being entered is incredible, and earning a Bronze is becoming more challenging every month, which makes this award feel even more special.

Last month I didn't quite achieve a Bronze, although I was pleased to receive a Classified award, so it's lovely to be celebrating a Bronze again this month.
Competitions like these push me to keep learning, refining my skills, and striving to create better images every time I pick up my camera. I'm incredibly grateful for all the encouragement and support I receive—it really does mean so much. 🥰

But what if they're this cute?🥰

This is Bailey, Ava and their beautiful Cocker Spaniel, Bonnie.
Bonnie had recently been diagnosed with cancer, so we wanted to capture some special memories while she was still feeling well enough to enjoy an afternoon at The Bowes Museum.
There were cuddles, giggles, treats and lots of love... exactly as it should be.

Our pets become part of our family, and although we never get enough time with them, photographs help us hold onto those precious memories forever.
If you're facing the heartbreaking reality of saying goodbye to a beloved pet, I offer gentle Celebration of Life sessions. There's no pressure, just time to capture the love, the connection and the memories you'll always treasure. 🧡🌈
