While exploring the castle, I spotted this view through the branches and loved how they naturally framed the entrance.

I’m trying to look beyond the obvious shots and experiment more with composition and natural framing — sometimes moving just a few steps can completely change a photograph!

Couldn’t resist getting a close-up of this Highland cow. I love the contrast between the dark coat, those incredible horns and the soft green background — definitely a subject with plenty of character!

Although with horns like those, I was quite happy staying on my side of the camera! 😂

Still learning, still experimenting and enjoying every opportunity to get out with the camera. 📸

A couple from last weekends trip to the stepping stones at Bolton Abbey Estate — first up, my dad carefully making his way across… followed by a four-legged visitor who clearly decided they wanted to join in the fun! 🐶

I’m not saying it was a competition, but I think the dog might have made it look slightly easier! 😂

One of Yorkshire’s most impressive landmarks, looking pretty spectacular from the air. The sweeping arches surrounded by the Yorkshire Dales make it easy to see why this area feels like something straight out of a film. 🚂⛰️

Definitely one of my favourite drone shots so far!

📸 I think this raven had a few opinions... and wasn't afraid to share them! 🐦😅

Spotted in Knaresborough, this character gave me the perfect opportunity for a close-up. Those feathers, that eye, and that unmistakable expression made it impossible not to take a photo.
