Cardiac Recovery Home Exercise Plan DVDs

Barry has been providing graphic design input to this project which has been set up by cardiac exercise specialist, Corey Beecher. This series of DVDs draws on the skills of former cardiac patients which have been given freely to enable the project to come to life. The Cardiac Recovery Home Exercise Plan delivers circuit-based exercise sessions which can be undertaken by recovering cardiac patients safely at home.

Funding for this unique project has been raised by events such as race nights, golf days and art exhibitions. A black-tie launch event took place in Kempston in January which was attended by local MP Mohammad Yasin and Mayor of Bedford Dave Hodgson. Work undertaken included DVD covers, logo designs, flyers, invitations, posters and roller banners.

The Creative Mix are proud to have been working with the RSPB and PAW to produce a guide for use in the investigation of wildlife crime. The guide was launched yesterday by Scottish Environment and Climate Change Minister Paul Wheelhouse, and chair of PAW Scotland, at the Scottish Wildlife Crime Conference in Tulliallan. The Creative Mix was pleased to work with the beautiful Moggerhanger Park on a flyer promoting them as an inspiring venue for business conferences and meetings. We couldn't help admiring the snowdrops on a last visit there, surely a sign of spring?!
