Good evening folks,

thank you all for the kind comments on the previous post, always appreciated.

Headed down to Cocklawburn beach this morning and got a few shots I was happy with. Initially went with the intention of capturing the bluebells but it's always worth a visit down to the beach itself especially near high tide for some great waves.

Well folks it's been a while eh?

Decided late December I was going to have a bit of time off Social Media, and only picked up the camera for the first time this year on a recent trip to Mull with Mrs Combe earlier this month. It was a fantastic trip and we had some brilliant weather despite the warnings for Storm Dave!

You do have to laugh though, on an island that is famed for its amazing seafood, and there's me who boaks at the mere thought of a langoustine or oyster. Apparently a Haddock Supper doesn't count as seafood, who knew!? 🤣 Hopefully a few more outings with the camera again this year 🤞🏻

Had a fantastic time in Glencoe doing a photography talk as part of a night sky workshop with Stu Bee Fundraisers raising money for PTSD resolution, a fantastic cause. Such a shame the weather in the evening didn’t play ball! Here’s a quick shot from before the workshop in the afternoon, taken with the Big camera and edited on the phone.
