A beautiful afternoon on Lake Como 🇮🇹

We spent the afternoon photographing around Villa Melzi in Bellagio, with the most incredible views across the lake. Definitely one of those places where everywhere you turn makes the perfect backdrop 🤍

A beautiful wedding at Oakwood House in Maidstone 🤍

Fleur & Nathan met while travelling abroad, with Fleur from the Netherlands and Nathan living in the Kent countryside. 🌲✈️

Now they’re officially married, Fleur is making the move over to Kent to start their next chapter together.

Their intimate Kent wedding was so special to photograph. They chose to have a first look followed by private vows before the ceremony, and I genuinely had tears in my eyes behind the camera. Such a lovely day for the loveliest two people 🤍

Wandering through the streets of the Medina with these two 🤍

They were such a fun couple to spend the morning with. We laughed pretty much the whole time, and although it felt a little daunting at first photographing in such a busy place where we definitely stood out, it didn’t take long before we completely forgot about everyone around us.

Some of my favourite photos always come from embracing somewhere new, working with what’s around you, and just enjoying the experience. Morocco, you were pretty special. ✨

I know on your wedding day you probably won’t be posing like a professional model… and honestly, I wouldn’t expect you to 🤍

But I do love shoots like this. They’re a chance to work with some amazing people, photograph beautiful dresses and create something a little different every now and then.

My favourite part is always seeing everyone’s work come together. The hair and makeup, the florals, the dresses… there are so many talented people behind these shoots and it’s always such a lovely team to be part of. ✨

I’ve recently made a few changes to my editing style, but I still have so many gorgeous images in my older style that I’ve never had the chance to share.

I definitely don’t have time to go back through and re-edit everything, and honestly, I still love these. So they’ll still be popping up here alongside my newer work too. ✨

My inbox has been busy today sending out wedding plan documents to all of my September and October couples. 🤍

It always makes me smile because it means we’re getting so close to their wedding days. Over the next few weeks they’ll slowly fill everything in, then we’ll have a catch-up call and go through everything together before the big day. 🫶🏼

Still dreaming about this beautiful evening in Morocco though… I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of shooting in that golden light. ✨

If only every Wednesday looked like this… 🤍

Instead, today’s agenda involves editing, errands, endless washing and two very scruffy Chihuahuas who have finally managed to secure a grooming appointment after waiting over a month for a slot. 😂

Before all that though, I had the loveliest client call last night and they’re officially booked in for September, which means September is now completely full! It’s been such a busy few weeks with last-minute bookings filling up the rest of the year and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. Their day sounds beautifully intimate already and those are always some of my favourites.

Right… time to get more of this gallery finished before I attempt to tick everything else off today’s list. 🫶🏼
