Editor in Chief, Deputy Editor & Section Editors (National & International)
Sn**ch Media are seeking Section Editors, an Editor in Chief and two Deputy Editors to drive online content for new LBT magazine, Slacks. The role will require you to be passionate about LBT issues and writing.
You must possess a high level of attention to detail and a proven track of producing high quality content. All roles will require you to be able to connect with both readers and writers and demonstrate an excellent creative flair.
As part of your job role you will be expected to edit, sub and schedule articles. Also you will be able to have a good grasp of social media and Wordpress. You must also be open to new ideas, and contribute on how we take the magazine forward.
If you succeed within these roles and prove you have the ability , there is much room for growth, as we look to take the magazine to print in the new year. As the company Sn**ch Media grows, so too will the magazine. This means in the future there will be the potential for a paid role within the company.
The section editors will be required to be passionate about the section they wish to work within. These sections will be:
Fashion
What's On
Entertainment
Lifestyle
News
As we develop our editorial team we will introduce more sections to cover more areas of interest.
As the role is purely voluntary for the time being, we will grow the events side of the company and you will have access to all events for free, and other perks as and when they become available.

Contributor (National & International)
Contributors are the lifeline of any magazine, and will heavily rely on them to produce high quality content for the magazine. You must be a member of the LBT community, have passion, creative flair and bags of enthusiasm about LBT issues.
To deliver a high level of consistency you must be able to commit to writing at least one/two articles a week. As we move into a printed edition this is vital for the magazine. For the time being, content will be delivered onto the website.
If you are a photographer, artist or illustrator (any creative discipline) we would love to feature your work within the magazine. It is central to our ethos that the members of the LBT community are equally represented.
This role is voluntary however, as we have said before, there is a large amount of growth within the magazine. We would hope that as we build the brand there will be plenty of opportunities for contributors to be paid for their work. We would also like to give our contributors free entry to the launch of the magazine, and perks as and when they arrive.
Slacks magazine will be the UK's only printed magazine when it launches in the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get on board and become a part of this incredible journey.
