CRISPY POTATO SKEWERS 🥔
Tomorrow I am going to and it’s going to be an absolute belter. I’ve been going the last few years and some of the acts I’ve seen have been insane.
But I think the one I’m most excited for this year is most definitely I’ve been a huge fan of her for years and ‘Grey Area’ is one of my favourite albums of hers.
I also managed to get my hands on a hibachi grill from and it’s so fun! My whole summer is going to be having fun with this now!
This recipe is also great!
Ingredients
Handful of
Your choice of spices (I used Korean)
Butter
Herbs
Method:
1. Slice your potatoes into think discs. Skewers them and season them with salt and pepper and any spices.
2. Add a few nobs of butter and Wrap them in foil. Add to the grill or bbq for around 5-10 mins.
3. Give them a final char out of the foil over the flame basting them in some more butter. Season with chives or any herbs and some sriracha mayo and enjoy!!
