From being deeply rooted in Jungle music for over a decade to stepping up for more multi-genre sets, Tim Reaper reflects on how even as an established artist, you can still feel like an imposter.

“I don’t know if I’m that kind of person to really be able to handle that.” But after enough experiences, you realise “it’s all fine at the end of the day,”.

Ultimately, it’s about recognising that the crowd is eager to see your take on different sounds, so you just have to “try and ignore those voices” and jump in with fingers crossed.

Catching up with at right after her incredible Saturday afternoon set 🔊

has been a huge part of the scene for years, originally making her mark under her first alias, Dutchee. After 6 or 7 years of building that foundation, developing her signature sound, and fusing her own vocals with everything from breaks and UK funky to dubstep and jungle, she made the brave leap to transition into her current project ✨

We spoke about the vulnerability of stepping away from an established name, navigating the fear of “starting over,” and how the overwhelming support from the friends and community has helped.
