Bristol at its finest! 🌃

I love autumn in Bristol and nights like this past Thursday (which is when I took this) is when I truly appreciate the city and the harbourside! It was just so peaceful and quiet down by the water! No rowers, no gigs, no ferries, just the lights reflections on the still water! What more could one want?

2024 Season!

There were a lot of very special moments last season. I met and worked with some amazing people. I went to some incredible places whilst achieved some goals, all whilst improving my photography and editing skills! All of the above, I’m very grateful for!

We are 1 week into the new season and I’m very excited to see what happens in the upcoming year!

Thank you to everyone (athletes, photographers and friends/family) for making last season a one for the books! ❤️

Rowing Canada Aviron at Henley Royal Regatta 2024!

O Canada 🇨🇦

It was amazing to have crews from the back at Henley Royal Regatta this year. Last year, RCA sent a cohort of senior national team athletes and this year, some of them were back in force! A few of these athletes won the Remenham Challenge Cup last year!

At the regatta, I had some incredible opportunity to work with 3 of the senior women’s crews: a pair, a double and a four! Throughout the week, I took lots of crew shots, boating shots and of course race photos from both the photo stand and the launch!

All of the boats performed exceptionally well, with the pair making the final of the Hambeleden pairs and the four winning the Town Challenge Cup!

I would like to say thank you to all of the rowers who are featured in this post for allowing me to document your time at Henley, being so lovely and for also being so relaxed around the camera! I would also like to say a HUGE thank you to the incredible for the helping to organise this collaboration and for the amazing communication throughout the week and for keeping me up to date with all the timings! - I really appreciate the on-point communication!

It was so great to work with these talented athletes (and lovely people)! I hope you all had an incredible regatta and hope to meet you all again at some point in the near future, perhaps even on Vancouver Island!

Congratulations again in particular to Morgan, Shaye, Leia and Piper for the awesome win in the Town!

A.S.R’ Nereus at Henley Royal Regatta 2024

Nereus from Amsterdam are the biggest student rowing association in The Netherlands … the produce the most Olympics and they have some fantastically crazy traditions which I absolutely love! (My favourite is the blazers tradition!).

With their last win in the Temple in 2021, they are regulars at Henley, and this year was no different! They came with an armada of boats: two Temple 8s, an Island 8, a Prince Albert 4+, a Princess Grace 4x, a Silver Goblets & Nickalls 2- and two Diamond singles (one of whom was racing under Hollandia Roeiclub)!

All of the crews were fierce in competition, racing down to the wire! The highlight was BOTH Temple 8s progressing to the Friday!

It’s always amazing to photograph a club like Nereus but this year was even better! Thank you to the club for allowing me to document your time at Henley Royal Regatta! I would like to say thank you to for the incredible communication throughout the regatta week - it can be hard to keep track of so many boats but Sam did an awesome job at keeping me updated as to all the race times, boating times and where the crews would be, so thank you!

Well done to all of the Nereus athletes who raced!

It’s been almost 3 years in the making but I promise (and I hope) to make it out to Amsterdam to visit Nereus sometime in the not so distant future!

Utrechtsche Studenten
Roeivereeniging “Triton” at Henley Royal Regatta 2024!

Triton, from Utrecht, The Netherlands have become a regular at HRR in recent years! Each year they have come with a different assortment of boats… all with the hope of securing that red box on Sunday!

This year was no different! The association brought across a Diamonds single scull, a composite (Triton/Orca) Town 4- and a Prince of Wales quad! All of the boats raced fiercely and missed out by some extremely tight margins.

On a very overcast Wednesday evening, was fortunate enough to photograph the quad from the front seat of the umpire’s launch which was incredible!

I would like to thank for allowing me to document your time at Henley for the 3rd year running - as always, it was an absolute pleasure! I hope you all had a fantastic regatta!

Thank you to for as always, keeping me up to date on race/boating times and where the crews would be! The solid communication is truly appreciated! I’d also like to thank for helping to organise this collaboration, not only at Henley Royal, but also at Henley Women’s regatta too - thank you!
