Wow where do I even start...

My journey working in women’s sport began 3 years ago... after recognizing the lack of media coverage and exposure of teams down in the South West, I set out to provide media coverage of women’s sport.

Providing teams in the South West with the same media opportunities as those up country.

My aim from day one was to grow the game, grow the community and to build media coverage of the team.

My first game for Plymouth Women was May 2024, 2 seasons later I had the opportunity to attend the FAWNL End of Season Awards at the one and only, Wembley Stadium.

On Sunday I found out that I had been shortlisted for FAWNL Sports Photographer of the Year. Although I didn’t win (congrats .snowimages ) I was beyond proud to put the South West on the map, and to be chosen by a judging panel as one of the top 4 photographers (congrats to the other nominees and ) for the FAWNL from over 150 applicants.

I’m proud to be from the South West, and I am so grateful to be able to share my passion of sport with the world.

Looking onwards and upwards next season, as l continue to shine a spotlight on women’s sport.

For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Jazz, just turned 18, and have been photographing Plymouth Argyle Women’s games since May 2024 (back in the dayyy)!!

Those of you who know me, will know I don’t like the attention, but to be recognized by so many of you fans (even a few coming up to me the other night), sincerely means the world to me!

Now a little promo for myself, those of you who know me know I appreciate every like, share and comment. However you can help me in my sports photography career!!

The FAWNL have recently published an End of Season Award for Photographer of the Year! A recognition to photographers who have helped elevate the coverage of the league!

Winners will be announced at the awards at Wembley Stadium on 31st May 2026.

Entries close at 11:59pm on May 17th 2026.

Photographing 18 games this season. 3 away, 15 at home. 128 miles travelled per a home game. 1920 miles travelled this season for all the home games. 580 miles round trip to Loftus Road Stadium to the FAWNL Cup Final. 594 miles round trip to Pirelli Stadium for WSL2 Playoffs. Lastly, 227 miles round trip to Coach Road last night for the last game of the season, winning the Devon FA County Cup!

A total of 3321 miles travelled!💚🙌🏼
