This is a selection of the final images from my project exploring the theme of 'Street Style'. I decided to do this by capturing images of young people in an urban environment. The photoshoots were on location in built up areas. The models wore fashion that was typical ‘street wear’ and represented a certain type of youth culture. Ultimately it was an exploration of youth culture in an urban setting.

I went on to creating a magazine to display this work for my coursework. The magazine was named 'Bloom' and was focused on ideas of coming of age and growing up.

This is a selection of the final images from my project centered around the theme of 'facade'. I explored this theme through the idea of identity and how we can mask this.
I decided to photograph multiple models. For each shoot the location and clothing linked to the interest of the model therefore revealing their personality. The environment, way the model was posed and clothing reflected the models personality and therefore identity. Certain compositional elements, such a pose or lighting could create a contrast in each photo, as if a part of the model was being concealed - the true identity.

This is a selection of some of the photos I took around the set theme of 'backstage'. I interpreted this theme into the exploration of what behind the scenes of someone’s life is. I did this by following one model throughout different days of their life. I decided to take portraits because this enabled me to capture the emotions of my model. I also took the photos on location so that the images were less posed and in a normal, everyday location rather than a studio setting.
