Something Different - Band Photography at The Forum, Royal Tunbridge Wells. This was so much fun and an opportunity to go crazy with the post-production.
The main reason for being there was to photograph Herahera, a band in which Gill's daughter plays bass. Started with outdoor shots and then took a lot more during the performance.
There are also some shots of Zap Euphoria, who were the headline act and feature Herahera's producer on bass.

Badminton Horse Trials 2022 - Grassroots Day.

A long and busy day involving a lot of hiking around with the heavy camera gear. Today's event was for future stars and serious amateurs. I decided to miss the professional days as the amateur images will be just as much fun for me and the crowds thinner, making those isolated images easier to capture.

It was also a great opportunity to test the capabilities of the camera's animal, eye-tracking, auto-focus. It performed superbly for nearly 1200 images with only a handful coming out less than perfect.

A day at the races - The Beaufort Hunt - Point to Point 2022

Let's go monochrome - A selection of images from the Hawkesbury Beater's Day shoot. Sometimes you don't need colour to capture the atmosphere of the day. In fact, the day was so misty that colour was the last thing on my mind when trying to get the shots.
