On Sunday I'll be (hopefully) swimming 1km with a group of equally bonkers women, in aid of Thames Hospice - a fantastic place supporting people with terminal illness, both at home and at their HQ in Bray, Maidenhead.

We've been swimming at Bray Lake Open Water Swimming over the winter and into summer to prepare.

Please donate if you can to a charity that has helped thousands and thousands of people in the community face the worst with compassion, calmness and care.

I have a confession - I don't like Halloween.

I don't like horror, anything scary or even slightly psychologically disturbing. I am a complete wuss.

So this year I've decided to celebrate Dia De Los Mu***os - Day of the Dead - instead. It's a Mexican tradition where you think about and celebrate the loved ones that you've lost along the way. As I lived in Mexico a while back, it all seems a much better fit for me.

So today - on Dia de los Mu***os - I'm thinking about some very special lovely people, many of them taken too soon. And on Friday we're getting together to give ofrendas, calaveras and chilli! (and Margaritas...) 😊 💀 venga, vamos!

Many people I know are running a 10k in Windsor this morning for this charity today in memory of the lovely Issy.

I’ve just done a 10k where I am in Belfast this weekend in solidarity with everyone and to bring attention to Brave Mind’s work in helping rugby clubs, universities and schools to put mental health at the heart of their community, and get people talking about mental health and supporting each other.
