Our Story

I love all kinds of photography and have photographed everything from the London Fashion week, street photography, horse shows, music events. I now mainly enjoy specialising in dog photography. I get a great deal of satisfaction from photography, and also undertake bespoke dog photo-shoots with dogs and their owners upon request.

During the lockdown, I have spent a lot of time reviewing my old photographs from over the last 30 plus years, and particularly enjoyed looking at prints and old photo albums. I have also read a number of articles, making the point that it is important to release the photographs stored on phones and hard drives and actually get them printed.

Another article pointed out that whilst we mark human life events such as birthdays and anniversaries, the same life events do not apply to our pets. Time passes by very quickly, and we often do not always appreciate that our pets are ageing also. Imagine how you would feel if you suddenly lost a life companion, only to find the only memories you have of them was a blurry image taken on a camera phone. Nothing beats a quality framed photograph, taken by a professional photographer, using high quality equipment, and printed by award winning photo laboratories.

The other point to consider is that most people use their mobile phones for their personal photography, and the quality of the photographs taken is often of poor quality. Whilst the quality of mobile phones has improved, have you ever noticed how everything is in focus from the front to the back, and the subject just gets lost in all the detail? This is not the case with a photograph taken by a professional level photographer, using professional level cameras and lenses.
