I drove past and genuinely thought there was a body hanging from the scaffolding at the Sands Centre in Carlisle. But it turns out that it was a training exercise by Cumbria Fire & Rescue and they were training for rescue at height. Fortunately it was only a mannequin stuck on the scaffolding and not a person.
