Another Pre Winter Roof Condition Survey completed this week! 👌

I discovered a slipped tile which is a simple fix for the home owner as it was found early by Seven Hills Drone Services 🙌

As this issue could not be seen from ground level, water ingress could have gone unnoticed for months causing damage to roof timbers, loft insulation and the plaster board ceiling to the room below 😬

Roof and Chimney survey carried out at the weekend on a residential property in Barnsley.

Photos and videos were emailed to the customer. The footage of the shared chimney displays evidence of degraded flaunching to the top of the customers side and degraded mortar joints to the stack, both of which could lead to water ingress and damp in the property if gone unnoticed.
